Essential Qualifications
Candidates must possess any one of the following qualifications:
Ph.D. in the relevant subject
Master’s Degree in Food Technology / Food Science & Technology / Food Processing Technology / Food Technology and Management with at least 55% marks
Bachelor’s Degree of 4 or 5 years duration with first division or equivalent grade
Additional Requirements
Minimum 3 years of teaching or research experience
At least one research paper published in SCI or NAAS-rated (minimum 4.0) journal
