Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering

• Minimum 60% aggregate marks for UR/OBC-NC candidates

• Minimum 50% aggregate marks for SC/ST/PwBD candidates

Candidates must have completed their Engineering degree on or after 01 April 2023. Those who completed graduation before this date are not eligible.

Age Limit

• Minimum Age: 18 years

• Maximum Age: 25 years

• Age calculation as on: 02 March 2026

Age Relaxation

• SC/ST: 5 years

• OBC-NC: 3 years

• PwBD: 10 years

Salary / Stipend

Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 25,000.

• Rs. 20,500 will be paid by HPCL

• Rs. 4,500 will be paid directly by the Government of India under DBT scheme
