Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Deputy General Manager/Accounts: CMA / CA

• Assistant Account Officer: CMA / CA

• Section Officer: B.Com from a recognized university

• Account Assistant: B.Com from a recognized university

Professional Experience

• Deputy General Manager/Accounts: Minimum 5 years experience in companies incorporated under the Companies Act

• Assistant Account Officer: No experience required

• Section Officer: Minimum 7 years experience

• Account Assistant: Minimum 3 years experience

Age Limit (As on 01/01/2026)

• Deputy General Manager/Accounts: 45 years

• Assistant Account Officer: 35 years

• Section Officer: 40 years

• Account Assistant: 35 years

Age relaxation of 3 years is applicable for OBC-NCL candidates as per rules.

Selection Process

The selection process includes:

• Preliminary document screening

• Personal Interview

Only provisionally eligible candidates after document verification will be interviewed.

Salary Details

Consolidated monthly remuneration (Basic + DA + Allowances such as HRA, Conveyance, Mobile Network Allowance) varies based on posting category:

An annual increment of 4% will be provided based on satisfactory performance.

Important Instructions

• Selected candidates must execute an agreement and indemnity bond of Rs. 50,000.

• Initial contract period is 1 year, extendable based on performance.
