JK Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must hold a Graduation degree from a recognized University or Institute. The graduation must have been completed on or after 01 January 2022. Additionally, candidates must be proficient in the local or official language of the respective region and should have studied it in Class 10 or 12.

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026):

  • Minimum Age: 20 years
  • Maximum Age: 28 years
    Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories such as SC/ST/OBC/PwBD as per government norms.

Stipend:
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of ₹13,500 (₹9,000 from the Bank + ₹4,500 from the Government through DBT). A conveyance allowance of up to ₹1,250 per month is also applicable.

JK Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

The selection process will be based entirely on performance in an Online Written Examination. The exam consists of 100 objective-type questions carrying 100 marks and must be completed within 60 minutes.

  • Section 1: General Awareness & English Comprehension – 50 questions (30 minutes)
  • Section 2: Quantitative Aptitude & Reasoning Ability – 50 questions (30 minutes)

There is a negative marking of 1/4th mark for each incorrect answer, while no penalty is applied for unanswered questions. The exam will be conducted only in English.

The merit list will be prepared district-wise and category-wise based on total marks obtained. In case of a tie, preference will be given to the older candidate. A waiting list of up to 50% of vacancies will be maintained for one year or until the next recruitment cycle.

Before applying, candidates must first register on the NATS portal (nats.education.gov.in) and obtain an enrolment number. It is also necessary to ensure that Aadhaar, mobile number, and bank account are linked with DBT enabled.
