APSSB Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 205 LDC, Driver & JSA Posts
The Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB) has released an official notification for the recruitment of 205 vacancies under the Combined Limited Departmental Competitive Examination (CLDCE) 2026. The recruitment is being conducted for the posts of Lower Division Clerk (LDC), Junior Secretariat Assistant (JSA), and Driver.
Eligible candidates who possess 10th, 12th, or ITI qualifications can apply online through the official website of APSSB. The online application process will begin on 12 February 2026 and will remain open until 25 February 2026 (03:00 PM). Applications will only be accepted in online mode.
This recruitment drive is strictly meant for eligible departmental candidates who have been certified by their respective Heads of Department.

The LDC vacancies are distributed across multiple government departments including Education, Health, Urban Development, Power, Tourism, Environment & Forest, and several district administrations. Eligibility Criteria
For LDC (Post Code 2/26)

Must have passed Class 12 from a recognized board.

Must qualify a typing test of 35 words per minute on computer (10500 KDPH).
For JSA (Post Code 3/26)

Minimum Qualifying Service
For LDC and JSA

Multi-Tasking Staff with 8 years of regular service, or

Skilled Contingency Staff with 12 years of continuous service.
For Driver

Skilled Driver with 10 years of service, or

Handyman with 6 years of regular service.
Only those candidates whose names appear in the list certified by their respective departments are eligible to apply.
Salary Structure
All three posts fall under Pay Matrix Level-4 with a monthly salary ranging between Rs. 25,500 to Rs. 81,100, along with applicable government allowances.

MTS candidates: Maximum 45 years (50 years for APST category).
For Driver

Stage 1 – Written Test (200 Marks, 2 Hours):
