Educational Qualification & Experience

Mandatory Qualification

Candidates must have completed Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university or institution.

Preferred Qualification

An MBA degree from a reputed institute will be considered an added advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 20 years of professional experience in BFSI, Shared Services, or related regulated sectors.

• Proven track record of working in senior leadership roles.

• Preferably 10 years of experience in Shared Services Centres (SSC) within financial institutions.

• At least 3 years of experience as COO in a large BFSI organization is desirable.

Skill Set Required

The candidate should have strong expertise in:

• Operations and service delivery management

• Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
