Eligibility Criteria

Faculty Post

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any stream (Arts/Science/Commerce) or Post Graduate.

• Preference will be given to candidates with qualifications such as:

  • MSW

  • MA in Rural Development

  • MA in Sociology / Psychology

  • B.Sc. (Agriculture / Horticulture / Veterinary / Agri. Marketing)

  • BA with B.Ed.

Essential Skills:

• Strong teaching ability with computer knowledge.

• Good communication skills in the local language.

• Knowledge of Hindi and English is desirable.

• Typing skill in local language is mandatory.

Desirable:

• Retired bank officers or candidates with previous experience as Faculty/Rural Development professionals will be preferred.

Experience:

• Must be resident of the same state, preferably same or nearby district.

• Familiarity with local language is compulsory.

FLCC Counsellor Post

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate from a UGC recognized university.

Essential Skills:

• Computer literacy (MS Office, Internet).

• Effective communication in local language.

Desirable:

• Retired/VRS officers from nationalised banks (Scale I or above).

• Government or semi-government employees with finance/banking knowledge.

• IIBF certification holders preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of service as officer/permanent employee.

• Clean service record with valid experience certificate.

• Resident of same state or nearby district.
