Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:
Candidates must possess an MBA in Marketing and Finance from a recognized and reputed university or hold a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification.

Experience Requirements:
Applicants should have a minimum of 10 years of professional experience in the marketing of capital market products and services.
Hands-on experience in leading marketing teams and handling institutional clients is essential.

Salary Structure

The selected candidate will receive an annual salary ranging between ₹15.00 lakh and ₹20.00 lakh.
In addition to the fixed salary, performance-linked incentives will be offered based on individual performance and achievements.

  General Information / Instructions

  • Only relevant post-qualification experience will be considered while assessing eligibility and suitability for the role.

  • The appointment will be on a contractual basis for an initial period of three years, which may be extended further based on the candidate’s annual performance review.

  • The services of contractual employees may be terminated at any time during the contract period by providing one month’s notice or salary in lieu of notice, without assigning any reason.

  • Similarly, candidates wishing to resign must provide three months’ notice or salary in lieu thereof.
