IRCTC Hospitality Monitors Recruitment 2026 – Walk in for 43 Posts

IRCTC Hospitality Monitors Recruitment 2026 notification has been released by the Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC), West Zone, for the engagement of 43 Hospitality Monitors on a contractual basis.

Candidates who have completed B.Sc in Hospitality, Hotel Management, BBA/MBA in Culinary Arts, or MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management can directly participate in the walk-in interviews. The walk-in process will be conducted between 17 February 2026 and 05 March 2026 at multiple locations across India.

This recruitment is purely contractual and intended for freshers with relevant qualifications who wish to build a career in hospitality services under IRCTC.

Eligibility Criteria

Nationality

Only Indian citizens are eligible to apply.

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess any one of the following full-time qualifications from recognized institutions:

• B.Sc in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from CIHM/SIHM/PIHM affiliated to NCHM&CT/UGC/AICTE

• BBA/MBA in Culinary Arts from Indian Culinary Institutes under Ministry of Tourism

• B.Sc in Hotel Management and Catering Science from UGC/AICTE/Government recognized universities

• MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management from recognized universities

Freshers with the above qualifications are eligible. All degrees must be from recognized boards or universities.

Salary and Allowances

Age Limit and Relaxation

• Maximum Age for UR: 27 years

• SC/ST: 5 years relaxation

• OBC: 3 years relaxation

• PwBD: 10 years relaxation

• Ex-Servicemen: Service years + 3 years

Age will be calculated as per the date mentioned in the official notification.

Important Instructions

• This engagement is strictly on a contractual basis and does not lead to permanent employment.

• Initial contract period is 2 years, extendable by 1 year based on performance.

• Selected candidates must submit a security deposit of ₹25,000 through Demand Draft.

• Government/PSU employees must bring NOC.

• No TA/DA will be provided for attending interviews.

• Providing incorrect information will result in immediate cancellation.

• IRCTC reserves the right to modify or cancel the recruitment process at any stage.
