About the Research Project
The project focuses on the development of advanced nanomaterials for green hydrogen production using quantum dots and titania-based heterojunctions. The main objective is to create efficient photocatalytic systems for sustainable energy solutions.
The selected candidate will actively participate in material synthesis, laboratory experiments, data analysis, and research documentation.
Job Responsibilities
The Junior Research Fellow will be responsible for:
Synthesis of quantum dots and titania nanomaterials
Designing metal oxide heterojunctions
Fabrication of photocatalytic setups
Performance testing for hydrogen generation
Data interpretation and technical documentation
Research paper preparation and publications
Maintaining laboratory safety and equipment
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must hold any one of the following with minimum required marks:
B.S. (4-year programme)
B.Pharm
MBBS
Integrated BS-MS
M.Sc
BE / B.Tech or equivalent
Minimum Marks:
55% for General/OBC
45% for SC/ST/PwD
Mandatory Exams
Applicants must have qualified NET or GATE.
Desirable Skills
M.Sc in Physics or related specialization
