RITES Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria
1. Hydrographic Surveyor
Educational Qualification: A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, OR Associate Member of Institution of Surveyors (India) – Sub Division 1B in Hydrography, OR Master’s Degree in Mathematics or Physics.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Hydrographic Surveyor in dredging/dredge survey activities, including:
- Overall supervision and verification of Hydrographic Survey works with data processing knowledge
- Execution of two or more Capital/Maintenance dredging projects as a Hydrographic Surveyor
- Proficiency in Hydrographic Survey software PDS2000 / Hypack
- Comprehensive knowledge of the latest on-board survey equipment
2. Manager – Dredge Master (MOT Grade I/II)
Educational Qualification: A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university, OR a Certificate of Competency of Masters issued by National Maritime Authorities.
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Dredge Master/Expert in supervision and monitoring of dredging activities, including:
- Supervision and verification of Daily Dredge Quantity Reports (DDR), Draught & Load Monitoring (DLM), and Track Plots with quality assurance knowledge
- Basic understanding of Hydrographic Survey charts
- Execution of two or more Capital/Maintenance dredging projects as a Dredge Master/Expert
- Knowledge of Hydrographic Survey software PDS2000 / Hypack
3. Financial Expert
Educational Qualification: CA / ICWA / CFA or MBA (Finance)
Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in construction or dredging projects, including:
- Scrutiny of tenders, invoices, and running account bills
- Sound knowledge of GST and other commercial aspects
