Eligibility Criteria

For Assistant Grade 03

10+2 pass from a recognized board
OR old higher secondary with Bachelor degree first year pass

Must have one-year diploma/certificate in Data Entry Operator / Programming

Hindi typing speed: 5000 key depressions per hour

Hindi or English stenography certificate from recognized board

For Servant (Fourth Class)

8th class pass from recognized school or institution

Age Limit (As on 01 January 2026)

Minimum Age: 18 years
Maximum Age: 35 years

Age Relaxation

SC/ST: 5 years
OBC: 3 years
PWD: 10 years
Female: As per government rules

Maximum age after all relaxations: 45 years

Selection Process

For Assistant Grade 03
Scrutiny of applications
Hindi typing skill test
Final merit based on:
60% marks from educational qualification
40% marks from skill test

For Servant
Selection based purely on merit of 8th class marks

Merit list will be prepared at double the vacancy count. Waiting list will remain valid for 1 year.
